Scott is a real estate executive for Weyerhaeuser Company, one of the world's largest timber, land and forest products companies. Weyerhaeuser is the proud managers of a remarkable, renewable resource — forests — that, when managed well, can provide jobs, products, renewable , energy, recreation and environmental benefits for many generations to come.
Scott is a native Washingtonian and is passionate about the Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank because it gives him an opportunity to serve locally, in the community where his family shops and his children went to school. He became interested in serving on a nonprofit board after completing the Leadership Tomorrow program. Leadership Tomorrow is a Seattle based non-profit organization with the mission to cultivate, inspire, connect and engage an effective community of leaders. Scott, and his wife, Nancy, live in Issaquah and have three children; Hope, Nick and Max.
