The Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank's Case Management program provides strength-based, trauma-informed assistance to our neighbors. Case managers work with clients to tailor services based on their individual needs. A case manager is assigned to help navigate the complex web of service providers available to them in order to meet individual needs and goals.
The case manager aids in providing transportation to and from non-emergency medical appointments, supporting someone in making a difficult decision, assisting in filling out government documents, providing access to technology such as cell phones/tablets, or anything that meets the client and community’s mutual need.
