Alex has over 25 years Human Resources leadership experience with profit and not for profit organizations. Alex is the Vice President, People and Culture with Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW). CHPW's mission is to deliver accessible managed care services that meet the needs and improve the health of our communities, and make managed care participation beneficial for community-responsive providers. Alex also served as the VP of Talent Management with BECU as well as the head of Human Resources at Seattle Children’s. He has also held as well as HR leadership roles with Starbucks. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
As an Issaquah resident, Alex is passionate about the Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank because it gives him an opportunity to serve locally, in the community where he and his family have lived the past 9 years. Alex has served on the board of the Workforce Development Council of Seattle-King County and is active in his neighborhood association, serving on the Finance Committee.
